Ducks and Waterfalls.

Today is my birthday. The lucky number 24. Time just keeps on keepin' on. There is no way to stop it. When I turned 23, I decided I wanted to fly high like Michael Jordan. I feel like I'm flying pretty high right now, but 24? Kobe Bryant? Is he going to be better than Michael Jordan? No. Can't be. You can't get much higher than the legendary MJ, right? Does that mean I'm going down hill from 23? I don't know. Anyways, Katie has class all day today, but tomorrow it's about to go down! After watching Man vs. Food Boise, I decided that for my birthday, I just want to dine at Big Jud's. Home of the one pound burger patty. Only four people have beaten the Triple Big Jud challenge. One of them was my friend, Brian Mills. The other that I know of, Adam Richman from Man vs. Food. The final product sits at over four pounds, not including the fries. My Goal: To be the fifth picture on the wall. Since Katie has class, I'm just sitting here..dreaming about giant burgers. I don't know what it is about food that is just so..so amazing. I made tuna salad today to make some sandwiches for lunch and then I realized there was still leftover Red Lobster from my birthday dinner. The brilliantly made pasta is going into my mouth simultaneously as I type. Jimi just sits and stares in hope that I might give up a bite or make a small mistake that might send a shrimp or two to the ground. The guy doesn't like dog food. He eats it though, eventually. It's still sitting in his bowl right now, even after the long walk I took him on this morning after I got out of class. We went to the park. Jimi's favorite. Jimi is obsessed with ducks. When he saw the ducks, we were walking alongside the embankment that goes down to the river. Jimi got so excited that he launched off and brought me down with him. I have never been so close to falling into a river without actually hitting the water. Jimi tried to go into the river with the ducks, but as soon as I regained my balance, I stopped him with the leash. The leash saved me. Katie would have been so mad if I let Jimi float down the river. Jimi is also obsessed with water. We found this secret mini waterfall and Jimi was so amazed by it. I think that Jimi thinks waterfalls are just giant water bowls, the ones with the gallon jug that just keep pouring water in. Maybe they are, but I told Jimi, I said, "Listen to me, don't go chasing waterfalls. Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to. I know you're going to have it your way or nothing at all, but I think you're moving too fast."

P.S. Katie got her hurr did yesterday at this place called The Electric Chair in Downtown Boise. Hot.
