Day 52 - A picture of your favorite sport.
Just so you know, I'm not the worldwide leader in sports. I know you all thought I was, but that title actually belongs to ESPN. It would be nice though; to be the worldwide leader in sports and all. My favorite sport is football. Not futbol. Football. I like to think I'm pretty fast. And I like to hit people, but because I usually play the position of wide receiver..I don't. I don't think I would last very long as a runningback. I've hit my fair share of big guy's playing tackle football with no pads. No more. Another sport very close to the top of my list is rugby. I learned to play in New Zealand. After getting good at the sport and meeting a few members of the New Zealand All Blacks, I was hooked. Not a lot of people know how to play rugby in America so it's kind of hard to get a group of people together to play. When I'm finally able to balance my work and school to where I have a little extra time, I plan to join the rugby team here at Boise State University. The other sport I love to play is basketball. I usually play with my broseph. Sometimes we call up the friends, but we like to practice with each other. I haven't been very good at basketball since middle school. Back then, I used to practice every day. Not so much anymore. Oh, how I wish I had the time.
Katie's favorite sport is baseball. She started out playing tee ball and now she plays with her big brother's. She would school me any day. But then again, I've only played baseball a couple of times. Getting the game handed to you by your wife in front of her family is quite embarrassing. Especially in a baseball family. You still shouldn't challenge her. Unless, of course, you don't mind being embarrassed.
