Day 03 - The Show Goes On.

Day 03 - A picture of the cast from your favorite show.

I don't watch a lot of television, but when it's on, I usually flip over to the food network or espn. Besides the occasional Wizards of Waverly Place, the only television show that I watch consistently is Dexter. By the way, you're not allowed to make fun of me for watching Wizards of Waverly Place, because Katie started watching it. Why would you make fun of me anyway? Wizards of Waverly Place is tight..and it makes me laugh. Yeah, I know, Dexter is a show based on a serial killer. Who watches that? At first I intended to miss out on that one, that is, until I heard others opinions on it. I wanted to see for myself and to be honest, I hated it..for the first three or four episodes. Katie didn't like it either so we agreed to stop watching it. After friends told us that it didn't pick up until the fourth episode, we tried watching it again and were pretty much hooked. Katie and I love Dexter! We watch it all the time. Dexter is brilliantly written, well thought out and original. So well written that it makes you think that maybe the serial killer, Dexter Morgan, isn't all that bad. Anyways, I guess you'll have to watch it to see for yourself but there's a lot of blood..and killing. Just a warning.

Even though Katie does love watching Dexter with me, she has a different favorite television show. A show that I was only interested in for the first two seasons. Fringe. Katie loves science. Basically the whole show follows an FBI "Fringe Division" team as they investigate unexplained, ghastly occurrences, which are related to mysteries surrounding a "parallel universe." It has been described as a hybrid of the popular Twilight Zone and The X-Files. I like Walter. He's funny.

I guess these are our favorite tv shows! It's pretty crazy how much time people spend watching television these days. If you don't like these, we also like to watch How I Met Your Mother and Modern Family. And Katie likes Glee. That's a lot of television. Peace.
