A quick hello. Hello mates. And on to day twenty-four of the sixty day challenge. Katie and I both have the same thing on our minds for change. Change we can believe in. With enough small change, we can make a big change to help others in a big way. We wish we could change what's happening right now in Japan. Day by day the crisis builds. It may take ten years to make it right again. I guess that's why if Katie and I could change one thing, we would change this. Japan's "most severe crisis." The 9.0 TÅhoku earthquake and tsunami caused severe, extensive damage in Japan, including heavy damage to roads and railways. There were also many fires and a dam collapse. Around four and a half million households in northeastern Japan were left without electricity and one and a half million without water. Electrical generators were taken down, and at least three nuclear reactors suffered explosions due to hydrogen gas that had built up within their outer containment buildings after cooling system failure and radioactive leakage. Now, some radiation has spread to food products. The problems with the nuclear power plants are out of control. The Prime Minister puts his spin of propaganda on the crisis, of course, to comfort the people. But the people don't believe him anyway. One more direct earthquake would fail northeastern Japan. If only we could change nature and prevent the earthquake from ever happening. Maybe then there wouldn't be tens of thousands of people dead or still missing. Ordinary life was turned into nearly unimaginable distress in just minutes. I hope you and your family are safe. The people of Japan are in our prayers. I hope you too pray for change.

Day 24 - Change We Can Believe In.
Day 24 - A picture of something you wish you could change.
